My name is Jana Uhrich and I’m an alumni of Marist College where I majored in Digital Media. I live in Fairfield, Connecticut where I graduated from Fairfield (Warde) High School in 2005. I’m a proud lifetime member of the Girl Scouts of America.

I drink a lot of coffee because I do a lot of work and I’m convinced the two have a positive correlation. I try my best to do the best work possible for my own company and the company I work for.

I get really excited about art, digital art in particular. I have a feeling that in a few short years there will be a digital revolution. I’m really into contrast and color. I’d like to be a leader someday.

10 Things you don't really need to know about me

1) I have wings. No really, I can fly where ever I want for free. To date I’ve been to:  Peru, Japan, Italy, Austria, Germany, Switzerland, Holland, Turkey, Greece, England, France, Monaco, Spain, Mexico, Canada, Jamaica and St. John.

2) Sometimes I feel like I’m a PC girl in a Mac world, which is ridiculous because there is no question that it’s a PC world!

3) I’m called a different name in every area of my life. Family calls me Jane-uh, friends call me Jan-uh, when I wait tables my customers call me smiley, and now my co-workers at my real job call me Yana. I wouldn’t have it any other way.

4) I think people are good for the most part.

5) I got robbed once by the nicest Italian thief ever. He took my money and my American cell phone but he left me my passport, credit cards, Italian cell phone, and my CD player.

6) I jumped out of a helicopter once. It was awesome and I’ve had scarier dreams about falling.

7) I eat M&M's one at a time.

8) I waited tables at the S&S Dugout for 5 years and I’ve never learned more about life, love and work than I did there. I’d be happy waiting tables for the rest of my life, but I’d really like to be a CEO.

9) I’m going to revolutionize the art world with technology.

10) I had purple hair for a while. I’d like to go back to that someday.
